3C) Open and flexible education as a driver of quality and relevance in education

Digitisation of education opens up  new possibilities for pedagogic development and modernization of education. It is a driver of quality and education through new methodologies for teaching, learning and assessment. It also provides better access, more flexibility, innovation and inclusion.
